How far can the wireless signal reach from the bird box to my house?

On average, the wireless signal from our bird box cameras can reach around 20 to 30 metres in open space. If there are walls or other obstructions, the range might be reduced. If your setup needs a bit more reach, we also stock WiFi range extenders to help boost the signal and keep everything running smoothly.

Is the camera safe to leave outside in all weather?

Whether the camera is waterproof depends on the one included in the kit. The camera included in our solar-powered bird camera kit, for example, is waterproof and designed for outdoor use (IP rating IP65). Check the product details for the kit you want to buy for more information.

Can I use a Green Feathers bird box camera kit with my TV?
