Leofoto BV-10 Fluid Head with Extension Arm

One minute you're watching a bird perched on a branch, the next it's flying across your view. The Leofoto BV-10 Fluid Video Head gives you a smoother, more controlled way to follow those moments, helping you move your camera or spotting scope without the sudden movements that can make wildlife difficult to keep in frame.

Compact and lightweight, the BV-10 is designed to support cameras and camcorders weighing up to 11 lb (5kg), making it a useful choice for wildlife photography and filming setups. It accepts both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting screws, so you can use it with a wide range of cameras and compatible equipment.

The fluid-style movement is particularly useful when you're following something on the move. With 360° panning and a 90° to -75° tilt range, you can smoothly scan across a landscape, follow a bird in flight or tilt upwards to watch wildlife in the treetops. Separate pan and tilt locks also let you secure the movement when you've found the view you want, or lock one direction while keeping the other free to move.

A useful feature for wildlife photography is the indexed camera platform, which makes it easier to find your preferred position and rebalance your equipment when needed. The indexed pan base also helps you return to familiar viewing positions, handy when you're repeatedly observing the same area or filming from a fixed location.

The included pan handle gives you a comfortable way to guide the head, allowing you to make small, steady adjustments without having to touch your camera. It can be fitted to either side of the head, so you can position it to suit how you like to use your setup.

Two built-in bubble levels, one on the pan base and another on the camera platform make it easy to check that your equipment is sitting level. The 60mm flat base also allows the BV-10 to be mounted onto compatible tripods and other platforms with a 3/8"-16 connection.

Whether you're following birds around the garden, scanning the countryside for deer or trying to keep a fox in frame as it crosses the garden, the BV-10 gives you the smooth, controlled movement that can make wildlife watching and filming much easier.
