No, we don’t restock clearance items. Our clearance products are the last of the line, and once they’re sold, they’re gone for good. So if you’ve spotted something you’d like in our clearance sale, act fast!

Are clearance sale products covered by warranty?

We offer a 3-year guarantee on the vast majority of our products as standard. The warranty guarantees against defects in material and workmanship during ordinary use for a period of three years from receipt. You don’t even need to register for the guarantee to be valid, so long as you keep your purchase paperwork. All you have to do is request an RMA form and return the item after speaking to our technical team – and yes, that applies to clearance products too. Plus, clearance products are still covered by our 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If it’s not right, just send it back for a refund or an exchange.

Are trail camera clearance products as good as full price?

Yes: everything in our clearance range was previously part of our full range of products. The only difference is that the clearance range is the last of our stock. In terms of build quality, function and compatibility, you’re getting top quality products at a discount price.

What we have for clearance does differ from season to season, and based on stock levels. If there aren’t any trail cameras on sale at clearance prices, take a look through our full range of wildlife cameras instead.

Do I still get technical support if I buy a clearance product?

Yes, through our Help & Support portal. You can find answers to commonly-asked questions, product setup walkthroughs, and our Helpdesk ticketing system if there are any further problems with your clearance camera or other products, e.g. from a trail cameras sale.

Can I use a discount code on a clearance product?

No, discount codes cannot be combined with sale or clearance prices. But you can still get yourself a bargain in our selection above.
