Can I watch on my smartphone or tablet?

Yes! The free RXCAMVIEW app allows you to stream the camera live providing your DVR or NVR is connected to your internet connection.
Which devices does the app work with?

The app works on iPhones, iPads and Android phones and tablets. The app supports iOS 11 or later and Android 5 or later.
Will it work on a Mac?

You'll be able to view via the surveillance centre software which we have available for download.
Will it work on my TV?

If you have the DVR/NVR in the same room as your TV you can wire it in with a HDMI lead.
My camera is warming up, is this bad?

It is perfectly normal for the camera to feel warm to the touch while in operation. Don’t worry this won’t harm any nesting birds!
I’m having problems with my camera. What do I do?
