Long Range Wireless Network Bird Box Camera (up to 300m Range)

Our long range camera is a real first for those with big gardens who want to watch rarer birds further away from the house. The included transmitter’s achieved huge distances with a clear line of sight, but we ‘only’ claim 300m. (We can’t completely guarantee this if there’s not a clear line of sight between the transmitter and receiver, but it’s achievable for most people.)

The transmitter and receiver pack is almost as good as running a cable, and it’s simpler to set up than long range panel WiFi. You only need one 12v lead to power the transmitter and camera together, cutting down on cables. The transmitter’s waterproof so you can position it outside to get the clearest line of sight possible.

This neat device is designed to work with any IP camera, so you can watch wildlife in more remote locations. Birds of prey and rarer birds like to avoid the hum drum of a residential area, which we can understand! If you have a barn – perhaps for a barn owl to move into! – or other distant location, this kit’s perfect for watching the wildlife that congregates there.

• The digital frequency of these long range wildlife cameras is nowhere near as busy as the ranges used for WiFi, phones, and the like, meaning less chance of interference.
• The included 12v lead allows you to run power up to 50 metres away. It's compatible with all our other Green feathers bird box and wildlife camera cables and accessories.
• Night vision means you don't have to stop when the sun goes down. The invisible infrared LEDs emit not glow, so you won't disturb the animals while you enjoy their antics. The infrared cut provides crisper black-and-white images in the dark.
• The wide-angle lens provides a huge field of view. It's designed for use in enclosed spaces such as bird boxes and hedgehog habitats.
